HOW DO I GET MY DISCOUNT CODE?
After you subscribe, it’s just as easy as clicking on the red “GET MY DISCOUNT CODE” button located at the bottom of any of the app’s pages. A new page will pop up, then all you have to do is show it to the business and you’re all set!
HOW LONG IS MY SUBSCRIPTION GOOD FOR?
It expires 7 days after it’s activated.
HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO USE THE APP BEFORE IT PAYS FOR ITSELF?
You’ll get your money back and even more with the first use. After that, it’s all huge savings!
HOW CAN I GET A FREE WEEK SUBSCRIPTION?
We give you the opportunity to get as many free weeks as you want by simply referring friends to the app. All you have to do is go to the “More” menu and click on “Refer a Friend”. You’ll be given a unique link that you have to share with your friend. After your friend subscribes to 2xJuan, you’ll receive a promo code that will automatically appear under the “Promo Code” section where you can select it and activate it any time you want. To refer another friend you will have to repeat the same steps again in order to get another unique link; the same link won’t work twice. There is no limit to how many promo codes you can accumulate and they have no expiration date.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY TIMES I CAN VISIT ONE BUSINESS FOR MY DISCOUNTS?
It’s unlimited, you can go as many times as you want, even on the same day. Please make sure to thank them by leaving a good review in our app.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS IN RECEIVING MY DISCOUNTS FROM EACH BUSINESS?
Each business has its own conditions, if any. All the details are found in the description of our participating businesses in the app.
CAN MY PERSONAL DISCOUNT CODE BE USED BY SEVERAL PEOPLE IN MY GROUP?
No. Your personal discount code is valid only for you and the person that you share the 2x1 or 50% off with.
HOW MANY PEOPLE IN MY GROUP CAN BE SUBSCRIBED AND GET A DISCOUNT AT THE SAME LOCATION AND TIME?
It’s up to the discrepancy of each business. Please make sure to ask them what’s their limit before you order.
WILL YOU ADD MORE BUSINESSES TO THE APP IN THE FUTURE?
Yes. We will be adding new participating businesses monthly. You’re invited to be notified when this happens by subscribing to our newsletter.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
No. Since it’s only a 7 day subscription, we do not offer cancellations.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE BUSINESS DOESN'T ACCEPT MY PROMO CODE?
In this rare situation, after you speak to the business’ manager, if it is not resolved then please call us or send us an email. We will try to resolve the issue immediately while you’re still at the place. Please be nice as they may have hired new staff. To avoid this problem, we suggest you let the business know that you’re planing on using your 2xJuan discount code as soon as you walk in.
HOW CAN I RECOMMEND A BUSINESS TO BE A PART OF 2XJUAN?
